Stone Fruit Smoothie Recipe


Makes 2 servings

  • 2 ripe peaches, halved and pitted
  • 1 ripe plum, halved and pitted
  • 1 ripe apricot, halved and pitted
  • 1 cup chilled plain or vanilla soy milk or other nondairy milk
  • 3 ice cubes


  1. In a blender or food processor, combine all the ingredients and blend until smooth
  2. Pour into glasses and serve immediately
