Triple Cranberry Relish Recipe


Makes about 2 1/2 cups

  • 1 (12-ounce) bag fresh cranberries
  • 1 cup sweetened dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup cranberry juice
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon finely grated lemon zest


  1. In a large saucepan, combine all the ingredients and bring to a boil
  2. Reduce the heat to low and simmer until the sauce thickens, stirring occasionally, about 25 minutes
  3. Set aside to cool to room temperature, then transfer to a bowl to serve warm
  4. If serving chilled, cover and refrigerate for 1 hour or until needed
  5. Properly stored, this relish will keep for 3 to 4 days
