Keto Waffles Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 cup (120 g) Keto Pancake and Waffle Mix
  • 1 teaspoon Splenda
  • 1/2 cup (120 ml) half-and-half
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) oil
  • Method

  • Preheat a waffle iron
  • In a mixing bowl, stir together the mix and Splenda
  • In a separate bowl, stir together the half-and-half, egg, and oil and pour the mixture into the dry ingredients
  • Stir only until everything is wet, and there are no big lumps of dry mix
  • Bake in the waffle iron according to the machines directions
  • Serve with butter and sugar-free syrup, cinnamon and Splenda, sugar-free jam or jelly, or another low-carb topping of your choice
