Vegan Parmasio Parmesan Recipe

Ingredients

Makes about 1 cup

  • 1/2 cup sesame seeds
  • 1/2 cup nutritional yeast
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Method

  1. In a dry skillet, toast the sesame seeds over medium heat, stirring, until golden brown, 4 to 5minutes
  2. Immediately remove from the pan to cool so they dont burn
  3. In a food processor, combine the toasted sesame seeds, nutritional yeast and salt and pulse until finely ground
  4. Store in the refrigerator in a dry container with a tight-fitting lid
