Ingredients
SERVES 2.
- 2 (4-ounce) cod fillets
- 2 tablespoons salted butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
- 1/2 medium lemon, sliced
Method
- Place cod fillets into a 6 round baking dish
- Brush each fillet with butter and sprinkle with Old Bay seasoning
- Lay two lemon slices on each fillet
- Cover the dish with foil and place into the air fryer basket
- Adjust the temperature to 350°F and set the timer for 8 minutes
- Flip halfway through the cooking time
- When cooked, internal temperature should be at least 145°F
- Serve warm
