Ingredients
- 2 apples
- 1 cup (235 ml) apple cider
- 1 cup (340 g) honey
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon cloves
Method
- Core and chop apples but do not peel
- Combine with cider in slow cooker
- Stir in honey and spices
- Cover and cook on high for 6 to 8 hours then uncover, stir, and cook for up to 3 hours longer until desired consistency
- Yield: 48 servings
