Banana Mocha Ice Cream Recipe

Ingredients

• 3 medium bananas, extra ripe – peeled
• 4 eggs; clean – uncracked
• 2 cups whipping cream
• 1 cup half and half
• 1 cup sugar
• 1/2 cup chocolate syrup
• 2 tablespoons instant coffee crystals
• 2 teaspoons vanilla
• 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
• 1/8 teaspoon salt

Method

1. Slice bananas into blender; process until pureed (1-1/2 cups).
2. Add eggs; process to blend.
3. Pour banana mixture and remaining ingredients into ice cream freezer container.
4. Stir until sugar dissolves and mixture is blended.
5. Freeze according to manufacturer’s directions.
6. Makes 1-1/2 quarts.
7. Yield: 1 1/2 quarts
