Barbecued Turkey Thighs Slow Cooker Recipe
Ingredients
- 3 pounds (1 3 kg) turkey thighs, skin removed ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 1/3 cup (113 g) molasses
- 1/3 cup (80 ml) cider vinegar
- ½ cup (120 g) low-salt ketchup
- 3 tbsps (45 ml) Worcestershire sauce
- ½ teaspoon liquid smoke 2 tablespoons (20 g) minced onion
Method
- Place turkey in slow cooker
- Combine remaining ingredients and pour over turkey
- Cover and cook on low for 5 to 7 hours
- Yield: 6 servings
- Per serving: 202 g water; 368 calories (24% from fat, 52% from protein, 25% from carb)
