Best Shrimp Dip Slow Cooker Recipe


  • 455g fat free cream cheese
  • 455g small frozen shrimp
  • 1 cup (160 g) chopped onion
  • ½ cup (90 g) chopped tomato


  1. Combine all ingredients in a slow cooker and cook slowly until cream cheese is melted and everything is cooked, about 2 hours
  2. Keep warm in cooker
  3. Serve with corn chips or toasted pita bread triangles
  4. Yield: 16 servings
  5. Per serving: 53 g water; 100 calories (50% from fat, 36% from protein, 14% from carb)
  6. Serve with cubes of French bread and some veggies to dip in it
