Big Mac Sauce Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 cup (300g) mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon gherkin relish
  • 2 teaspoon white vinegar
  • pinch of white pepper.
  • 2 teaspoons mild mustard
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Onion Powder
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon sweet smoked paprika (pimenton)

Method

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl
  2. Season with salt and chill until ready to use
