Carbonara Pasta Italian Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 pound bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 1 md onion, diced
  • 1 green pepper, diced
  • 1 sm clove garlic crushed
  • 2 tablespoon bacon fat fom above
  • fusili.
  • 2 cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoon olive oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoon water

Method

  1. Combine sauce and spaghetti, toss lightly
  2. Combine cottage cheese and 1/4 c parmesan cheese, mix well
  3. Place half the spaghetti mixture in a 10″x6″ baking dish; cover with spinach, cottage cheese and half the mozzarella cheese
  4. Top with remaining spaghetti mixture
  5. Cut remaining mozzarella cheese into 1/2″ strips; arrange on top of spaghetti mixture to form a lattice design
  6. Sprinkle with remaining parmesan cheese
  7. Bake at 350 for 30 mins
