Cranberry Barbecued Turkey Slow Cooker Recipe
Ingredients
- 3/4 pound (1.3 kg) turkey legs
- 1 pound (455 g) jellied cranberry sauce
- ½ cup (140 g) chili sauce
- 2 tbsps (28 ml) cider vinegar
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
Method
- Place turkey in slow cooker
- Combine remaining ingredients and pour over turkey
- Cover and cook on low for 8 to 9 hours or on high for 4 to 5 hours
- Yield: 6 servings
- Per serving: 143 g water; 242 calories (22% from fat, 47% from protein, 32% from carb)
