Coconut Pistachio Ice Cream


Servings : 2-4 dishes.

  • 1 1/2 cups coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup coconut cream
  • 1/4 cup pistachio paste
  • 2 tablespoons raw sugar
  • 1/4 cup chopped pistachios


  1. Mix the coconut milk with the coconut cream, pistachio paste and sugar
  2. Pour the mixture into your ice cream maker and churn according to the instructions of you machine
  3. A few minutes before it is finished, throw in the chopped pistachio
  4. Serve right away or store in an airtight container in the freezer until needed
