Dalgona Whipped Coffee
Ingredients
Serves 4
- 4 tablespoons of instant coffee
- 4 tablespoons of sugar
- hot or cold milk
- Ice
- 4 tablespoons of hot water
Method
- Add the coffee and sugar to a bowl
- Stir well to remove lumps
- Add the hot water and blend for 5 to 7 minutes at maximum power until creamy and firm
- In a wide-mouth glass, serve the milk hot or cold, according to taste
- Pour the coffee crema on top
