Ingredients
- Serves: 8
- 1 1/2 cups pink lentils
- 1 tbsp milk
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 Serrano chilies, sliced
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger, minced
- 4 garlic cloves, sliced
- 1 small onion, diced
- 5 cups water
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
Method
- Add all ingredients except milk and lemon juice into the slow cooker.
- Stir well.
- Cover and cook on high for 2 1/2 hours.
- Add lemon juice and stir well.
- Add milk and stir well and serve.
