Easy Cream Cheese Cookies Recipe
Ingredients
- Serving Size : 1
- 1 cup butter
- 3 ounces cream cheese
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 1/2 cups self-rising flour
Method
- Mix butter, cream cheese and sugar together.
- Add egg yolk, vanilla and flour.
- Mix well.
- Bake on ungreased cookie sheet about 12 minutes till lightly brown on bottom.
- Top should remain light in color.
- Top with nuts or candied fruit if desired.
