Easy Vanilla Pudding Recipe

Ingredients

• Serving Size : 1
• 1/3 cup sugar
• 1/4 cup corn starch
• 1/8 teaspoon salt
• 2 3/4 cups milk
• 2 tablespoons margarine
• 1 teaspoon vanilla

Method

1. In saucepan mix first 3 ingredients.
2. Gradually stir in milk until smooth.
3. Cook and stir over medium heat until mixture boils 1 minute.
4. Remove from heat; stir in margarine and vanilla.
5. Chill.
6. Makes 2 1/2 cups.
