Edamame With Sea Salt Recipe

Ingredients

Makes 6 servings

  • 1 (16-ounce) bag unshelled frozen edamame
  • coarse salt

Method

  1. In a large saucepan of boiling salted water, cook the edamame until tender, 10 minutes
  2. Drain well and pat dry
  3. Transfer to a bowl and season with coarse salt to taste
  4. Serve hot or warm
