Focaccia Italian Recipe

Ingredients

  • olive oil
  • seasonings
  • 1 pound pizza dough

Method

  1. Let the dough rise for about 4 hours until double in size
  2. Punch down and roll out to fit a shallow baking pan or pizza pan
  3. The dough should be about 1 inch thick
  4. Spread olive oil thinly on top
  5. Salt and top with a season of you choice
  6. You can also add sun-dried tomatoes, garlic, onions, or any other herbs
  7. Bake at 375 for 25-30 min or until golden
  8. Cut into squares and serve
