Greek Yogurt Cheesecake Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 prepared graham cracker crust
  • 2 8 ounce packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 container (16 oz.) plain nonfat Greek-style yogurt
  • 2 whole eggs
  • 3 egg whites

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 325F
  2. In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until smooth
  3. Add in yogurt then eggs and egg whites, one at a time until just combined
  4. Pour into crust
  5. Bake 55 to 60 minutes, until almost set
  6. Cool, cover and chill overnight
  7. Garnish suggestion – fresh raspberries and mint leaves
