Halibut With A Green Chili Blanket Seafood Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 sheet (12 x 18 inch) Reynolds Wrap heavy
  • — duty aluminum foil
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise or low fat plain yogurt
  • 1/2 cup canned green chili salsa
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro or chives
  • 4 halibut steaks — (4 to 6 oz. each)

Method

  1. Combine mayonnaise, green chili salsa and lime juice, set aside
  2. Place halibut steaks on foil sheet on medium hot grill
  3. Cook for 5 minutes, then turn steaks over
  4. Liberally brush or spoon mayonnaise mixture on cooked side
  5. Sprinkle with cilantro
  6. Continue cooking 5 to 10 minutes more, until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork
  7. Do not overcook
  8. Also great with cod!
