Ingredients
- 700 ml low-salt chicken broth
- 1¼ 231 g uncooked long-grain rice
- 1 tsp rosemary
- ¼ teaspoon marjoram
- ¼ cup (15 g) chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tbsp (14 g) unsalted butter
- ½ cup (80 g) diced onion
Method
- Combine all ingredients in slow cooker
- Cook on low 4 to 6 hours or until rice is fully cooked
- Yield: 6 servings
- Per serving: 137 g water; 169 calories (13% from fat, 9% from protein, 78% from carb)
