kg. of Epsom salt should be dissolved in this water. The patient should drink a glass of cold water, cover the head with a cold towel and then lie down in the tub, completely immersing the trunk, thighs and legs for 15 to 20 minutes. The best time to take this bath is just before retiring to bed. This is useful in cases of sciatica, lumbago, rheumatism, diabetes, neuritis, cold and catarrh, kidney disorders and other uric acid and skin affections.
Cramp bark is a muscular relaxant, therefore it is suitable for problems where muscles go into spasm or become tense. It will help with muscular pain that is secondary to nerve pain, for instance in sciatica, or when muscle tension leads to neck pain or tension headache. Cramp bark is also useful for smooth muscle tension and can be used for stomach cramps caused by IBS.
Supports lymphatic system Bogbean’s strength is its ability to clean out the lymphatic system. e lymphatics are like garbage workers-they drive around the body and pick up all the trash. Some-times the trash is overflowing and the lymphatics are congested, resulting in swollen lymph nodes and, more importantly, an excess of old acids and wastes in the body. When wastes accumulate, rheumatism, skin a?ictions, kidney insu?ciency, back pain, sciatica, and liver congestion all worsen. Bogbean can help the body purge waste for e?ective symptom relief.
