Migraine can be defined as a paroxysmal affection, accompanied by severe headache, generally on one side of the head and associated with disorders of the digestion, the liver and the vision. It usually occurs when a person is under great mental tension or has suddenly got over that state.
Fill a large stockpot with water and bring to a boil. Turn off the heat and add the herbs. Cover and let steep 5 minutes. Uncover and let heavy steam roll off the top to prevent burning your face. Cover your head with a towel, lean over the pot, and breathe as deeply as you can for five breaths. Take a break and repeat as often as desired. Heat and reuse this pot of herbs for 1 or 2 days.
