Ingredients

- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon coconut flour
- 2 tablespoons cheddar cheese
- 1 pinch Salt I love this Himalayan pink salt
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder and parsley
Method
- Melt butter in a mug
- Add in remaining ingredients and microwave for 90 seconds to 2 minutes
- For a tall and narrow mug, you might only need 90 seconds, depending on your microwave
- For a wide and shallower mug or ramekin, you will probably need closer to 2 minutes
- Once the mug bread starts to separate from the side of the mug, it is likely done
