Keto Cinnamon And Coconut Fat Bombs Recipe

Ingredients

Serves: 12.

  • 1 cup almond butter
  • 1 cup full fat coconut milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon Stevia powder extract (or to taste)
  • 1 cup unsweetened, shredded coconut

Method

  1. Fill a medium saucepan halfway with cold water and bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
  2. Combine the almond butter, coconut milk, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla and Stevia in a glass bowl and set over the saucepan.
  3. Stir the mixture, until the almond butter is melted.
  4. Remove the bowl from the heat.
  5. Let the mixture cool and refrigerate for 20-25 minutes, until the mixture becomes hard enough to shape into balls.
  6. Using your hands, shape into small balls and toss in the shredded coconut, until evenly coated.
  7. Arrange the balls on a serving plate and chill in the fridge for about an hour before serving.
