Keto Easy Vegan Pesto Recipe

Ingredients

Yield: 11/3 cups (320 ml) (1/3 cup/80 ml per serving)

  • ¾ cup (180 ml) extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 packed cups (60g) fresh basil leaves
  • ¼ cup (20g) nutritional yeast
  • ¼ cup (40g) hulled hemp seeds
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon crushed garlic
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Method

  1. Put all the ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until mostly smooth but not completely blended, about 90 seconds
  2. Refrigerate in a tightly sealed container for up to 10 days
