Keto Italian Sausage With Onions And Peppers Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 pounds (570 to 680 g) mild Italian Sausage
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) olive oil
  • 1 1/2 large green peppers
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 clove garlic

Method

  1. Slice the sausage diagonally into 1/2-inch 1 3-cm pieces and saute it in the olive oil over medium-high heat
  2. Meanwhile, slice the peppers into medium-size strips and slice the onion about 1/4 inch (6 mm) thick
  3. When the sausage is about half done, stir in the peppers, onion, and garlic
  4. Cook until the sausage is well done and the onion is limp and translucent
  5. Serve
