Keto Parmesan Chicken Breasts Recipe


  • 1 1/2 pounds (680 g) boneless, skinless chicken breast
  • 1 cup (100 g) grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 teaspoons dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 tablespoons (56 g) butter


  1. Pound the chicken breasts until they’re 1/4 inch (6 mm) thick and cut into 6 portions
  2. Set aside
  3. Combine the cheese with the oregano, garlic, paprika, and pepper on a plate
  4. On another plate or in a shallow bowl, beat the eggs
  5. Dip the chicken in the egg and then the cheese mixture, coating both sides well
  6. Melt the butter in a heavy skillet over medium-low heat (higher heat will scorch the cheese) and saute for 4 to 5 minutes per side or until cooked through

Makes 6 servings

  1. Each with 2 grams of carbohydrates and 1 gram of fiber, for a total of 1 gram of usable carbs and 33 grams of protein
