Keto Pork Cutlets In Chili Tangy Sauce Recipe

  • 1 pound pork cutlets
  • sea salt and ground black pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon basil
  • 1 tablespoon lard, room temperature

The Sauce:

  • 2 tablespoons sherry
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup beef bone broth
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder


  1. Season the pork cutlets with salt, pepper, thyme, rosemary, and basil.
  2. Melt the lard in a pan over medium-high heat; now, sear pork cutlets for 3 minutes; turn them over and cook for 3 minutes on the other side.
  3. Reserve.
  4. Deglaze your pan with sherry; now, add the remaining ingredients and cook on medium-low heat until the sauce has thickened slightly.
  5. Add the reserved pork and let it simmer for a couple of minutes or until everything is heated through.
  6. Spoon the sauce over pork cutlets and serve.
