Keto Barbecue Green Beans

Ingredients

  • 4 cups (600 g) cross-cut frozen green beans, unthawed
  • 1/4 cup (40 g) chopped onion
  • 4 slices cooked bacon, drained and crumbled
  • 80 ml low-carb barbecue sauce

Method

  1. Put the green beans in a slow cooker
  2. Add the onion and bacon and then stir in the barbecue sauce
  3. Cover the slow cooker, set it to high, and let it cook for 3 hours
  4. If you prefer, set it to low and let it cook for 5 to 6 hours

Makes 6 servings

  1. Each with 3 g protein, 8 g carbohydrate, 2 g dietary fiber, 6 g usable carbs
