Keto Scrambled Egg Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon (14 g) butter
  • 1/4 cup (40 g) diced cooked ham
  • 1/4 cup (38 g) diced green pepper
  • 2 tablespoons (20 g) diced onion
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • salt and pepper.

Method

  1. Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat
  2. Add the ham, green pepper, and onion and saute for a few minutes until the onion is softened
  3. Pour in the eggs and scramble until the eggs are set
  4. Add salt and pepper to taste and serve

Makes 2 servings

  1. Each with 7 grams of carbohydrates and 1 gram of fiber, for a total of 6 grams of usable carbs and 23 grams of protein
