The Milk Diet involves drinking only skimmed milk for a month. Allegedly excessive calcium leads to weight loss, as it helps the body get rid of fat in particular, abdominal fat.

Personally, I think this scientifically very unsound, unproven and potentially very dangerous to health. Yes milk is very nutritious but it is far from a complete diet!
