  • ¾ tsp baking powder

Method

  1. In a large, microwave-safe mug, add all ingredients
  2. Whisk until smooth
  3. Cook in microwave at full power for about 2 minutes 20 seconds
  4. Allow the bread to cool about 1 minute before removing from mug and slicing
  5. The breads can be used as is for sandwiches or can be toasted
  6. Each slice, carbohydrates: 2g, protein: 3g
