Keto No-Knead Dutch Oven Loaf

Ingredients

  • almond flour 1-½ cup
  • whole ground psyllium husk ? cup
  • coconut flour ½ cup
  • ground flax seed ½ cup
  • baking soda 1 teaspoon
  • coarse kosher salt 1 tsp
  • raw egg, white 6 large
  • raw egg 2 large
  • coconut milk unsweetened ¾ cup
  • apple cider vinegar ¼ cup
  • warm water ¾ cup

Method

  1. Preheat an oven to 450 F
  2. Place a 6 quart dutch oven with the lid on in the oven as soon as you turn it on to allow it to come to temperature with the oven
  3. Combine all dry ingredients together in a bowl with a whisk
  4. Whisk together the wet ingredients (except the water) then add them to the dry ingredients
  5. Add in the water ¼ cup at a time
  6. Mixing to incorporate until all the water is combined before adding the next ¼ cup
  7. Shape the loaf into a round ball
  8. Carefully remove the hot dutch oven, remove the lid, and spray the inside with nonstick cooking spray
  9. Place rounded dough into the dutch oven
  10. Cover with the lid and allow it to bake for 15 minutes
  11. Remove the lid and turn the oven down to 300 F and allow to bake for an additional 2 hours until baked through completely
  12. Allow to cool before slicing
