So what do you do with your sweet tooth? Try eating more nuts, such as almonds, cashews, filberts, macadamias, and pistachios, as well as seeds, such as pumpkin seeds. Nuts and seeds are relatively high in fat, a mix of both linoleic and alpha-linolenic acids, and their fat content provides a sweet taste. Bile assists in the digestion and absorption of fats and the absorption of fat-soluble vitamins A, D, E and K, minerals and calcium.
