Popcorn Cake Recipe

Ingredients

  • Serving Size : 16
  • 14 cups popped popcorn
  • 6 ounces chocolate chips
  • 1 cup peanuts – broken in half
  • 1/2 cup margarine or butter
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 10 1/2 ounces mini marshmallows

Method

  1. Line entire 12 cup Bundt pan or 10″ tube pan with foil.
  2. In 6 quart container or 2 large bowls, combine popcorn, chocolate chips and peanuts; set aside.
  3. In medium saucepan, melt margarine.
  4. Stir in peanut butter and marshmallows.
  5. Cook over low heat until marshmallows are melted, stirring constantly.
  6. Pour marshmallow mixture over popcorn mix; stir to coat.
  7. Press mixture firmly into prepared pan.
  8. Cool completely; remove from pan.
  9. Cut into slices to serve.
