Potato Chip Sandwich Recipe
Ingredients
Makes 1
- 2 slices white bread
- butter, at room temperature, or mayonnaise
Method
- Optional fillings of your choice (e g ham, cheese, cucumber, pate, etc) Potato chips (crisps) of your choice
- Spread 1 slice of bread with butter or mayo, then layer with your chosen fil ings
- Top with a layer of overlapping potato chips (crisps)
- Add the second slice of bread and press down firmly
