Ingredients
- 1 pound (455 g) beef round steak, cubed
- 1 can (10 ounces, or 280 g) low-salt cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup (230 g) fat-free sour cream
Method
- Place beef in slow cooker
- Cover with mushroom soup
- Cover and cook on low 8 hours or on high 4 to 5 hours
- Before serving, stir in sour cream
- Yield: 4 servings
- Per serving: 191 g water; 263 calories (43% from fat, 44% from protein, 13% from carb)
Serve over cooked rice, pasta, or baked potatoes
