Rice Milk Horchata With Cinnamon Slow Cooker Recipe

Pressure/Manual (High) Natural/Quick Release

  • 32 ounces unsweetened rice milk
  • 6 tablespoons sugar or sweetener of choice
  • 1 cinnamon stick, broken


  1. In an Instant Pot, combine the rice milk, sugar, and cinnamon
  2. Secure the lid on the pot
  3. Close the pressure-release valve
  4. Select MANUAL and set the pot at HIGH pressure for 4 minutes
  5. At the end of the cooking time, allow the pot to sit undisturbed for 10 minutes, then release any remaining pressure
  6. Refrigerate until chilled or serve in glasses over ice
