Scrumptious Spinach Paneer Indian Recipe

Ingredients

  • Serves: 6
  • 12 oz paneer cheese
  • 8 oz fresh spinach, chopped
  • 30 oz frozen spinach, thawed
  • 14 oz can coconut milk
  • 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 tbsp ground cumin
  • 1 tbsp ground coriander
  • 1 tbsp garam masala
  • 1 1/2 cups can tomato sauce
  • 3 tbsp fresh ginger, minced
  • 4 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 1 tsp salt

Method

  1. Add all ingredients except fresh spinach and paneer into the slow cooker.
  2. Cover and cook on low for 3 hours.
  3. Add fresh spinach and cook for 1 hour.
  4. Using immersion blender blend mixture until smooth.
  5. Add paneer cheese and cook for 1 hour.
  6. Serve and enjoy.
