Ingredients
- Serving Size : 6
- 1 cup mango – coarsely chopped
- 1/2 avocado – coarsely chopped
- 1/4 cup chunky salsa
- 1 tablespoon minced cilantro and jalapeno pepper
- 2 ounces feta cheese – crumbled
- 1 pound shrimp – cooked, peeled, deveined
Method
- Mix mango, avocado, salsa, cilantro and jalapeno pepper in bowl; add cheese and toss.
- Serve with shrimp.
