Sour Cream Horseradish Sauce Pressure Cooker Recipe

Ingredients

Makes about 2½ cups

  • 2 cups sour cream
  • ¼ to ½ cup prepared horseradish, to your taste
  • 3 tablespoons Champagne vinegar
  • 2 pinches sea salt

Method

  1. In a medium bowl, combine all the ingredients and whisk until smooth
  2. Taste and adjust the salt
  3. Refrigerate in an airtight container for at least 2 hours and up to 2 days
