• 1 10 oz package frozen black-eyed peas
• 1/4 cup chopped sweet red pepper
• 1/4 cup chopped sweet green bell
• pepper
• 1/4 cup chopped red onion
• 1 tablespoon chopped fresh jalapeno
• pepper
• 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
• 1/4 cup ff Italian dressing

Method

1. Rinse and drain peas.
2. Mix with other ingredients.
