Vegetable Saute Recipe

Ingredients

  • Serving Size : 4
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 6 cups vegetables – sliced yellow – squash, zucchini and 1 envelope – 1/4 cup red wine vinegar

Method

  1. Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat.
  2. Add vegetables; cook and stir until tender-crisp
  3. Sprinkle salad dressing mix over vegetables; too to coat well.
  4. Stir in vinegar until well mixed.
  5. Serve warm.
  6. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
