Vietnamese Yogurt Slow Cooker Recipe

Active Time 5 minutes :Yogurt Natural Release

  • 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk (see Note)
  • 1 can hot water (see Note)
  • 2 cans whole milk (see Note)
  • 1 can half-and-half (see Note)
  • 1 (5.3-ounce) container plain Greek yogurt


  1. In a large bowl with a spout, combine the sweetened condensed milk, hot water, milk, and half-and-half
  2. Whisk in the yogurt until well combined
  3. Divide the mixture among eight 4-ounce glass jars with lids
  4. Place the jars in the Instant Pot, stacking them if necessary
  5. Secure the lid on the pot
  6. Select YOGURT (the timer will show 8 hours by default)
  7. At the end of the incubation time, remove the jars from the pot and chill in the refrigerator overnight before serving
