Yogurt Horseradish Sauce Pressure Cooker Recipe


Makes about 1¼ cups

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt or lowfat plain yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise or Veganaise soy mayonnaise
  • 1 to 3 tablespoons prepared horseradish, to taste
  • 1½ tablespoons Champagne vinegar or orange juice
  • 2 pinches sea salt
  • few grinds black pepper.


  1. In a medium bowl, combine all the ingredients and whisk until smooth
  2. Taste and adjust salt
  3. Refrigerate in an airtight container for at least 2 hours and up to 2 days
