Ingredients
- 6 tablespoons Tomato Ketchup
- 6 tablespoons Mayonnaise
- 2 to 3 tablespoons Tartare Sauce
- 2 to 6 teaspoons Lemon Juice (or orange)
- Zest of lemon/orange, optional.
- Salt, black pepper

Method
- Combine and chill 2 hours before use.
- Adjust ratio of ingredients to taste.
- If you like it thinner you can use white wine instead of excess lemon juice.
