Salmon and Avocado Tartare

Ingredients

  • Salmon
  • Avocado
  • Pickled spring onions
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • Juice of 2 lemons
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Dice the salmon into small cubes.
  2. Finely chop the onion.
