
Fresh, creamy and incredibly easy to prepare, as it requires no baking and is made with simple ingredients. Ideal for summer.
Ingredients
- 200ml orange juice 100%
- 300g sponge fingers
- 150g baking margarine
- 350g mascarpone
- 700g strawberries
- 12 tbsp sugar
- 2 packets vanilla sugar
Instructions

Wash half the strawberries, hull them, then blend them with the orange juice, 3 tbsp sugar, and 1 vanilla sugar.

For the cream, mix the margarine with the remaining sugar until fluffy.

Finally, whip the cream with the cheese until smooth. Soak half of the baby sponge cake in the orange strawberries, then place them in a neat row.

Add half of the cream, then the rest of the strawberry sponge cake. Spread the other half of the cream on top, chill well.

When serving, dredge the strawberries with 1 vanilla sugar and 3 tbsp sugar.
